Terms & Conditions


.1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in football sessions provided by Little Ballers. By enrolling your child, you agree to these terms.

2. Payments All sessions are payable via monthly subscription by Direct Debit. Subscriptions are non-transferable and must be maintained to retain your child’s space.

3. Cancellation Policy To cancel your Direct Debit, 30 days written notice is required. Cancelling without the notice period may result in charges for the following month.

4. Missed Sessions If you wish to cancel a session, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another child. No refunds or make-up sessions are guaranteed without sufficient notice.

5. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow coach instructions. Poor behaviour may lead to removal without refund.

6. Changes to Schedule We reserve the right to make changes to class times, coaches, or venues, with notice provided where possible.

7. Liability While every care is taken, Little Ballers is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during sessions.

8. Sibling Discount Families enrolling two or more children from the same household may be eligible for a sibling discount. To qualify, all children must reside at the same address and be registered under the same primary contact details.

9. Referral Scheme We offer one free session to parents who refer a new family to Little Ballers. The referred family must successfully sign up for a monthly subscription before the free session is granted to the referrer.

10. Agreement By registering, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
